After meeting Kim for a consultation, I was very impressed with her knowledge of skincare but more importantly, her sincere concern for me to receive the best results for my skin.  Kim recommended that I should have a chemical peel, and I was very impressed how informed she kept me as to what to expect during the procedure.  She gave me excellent instructions as to what to expect after the peel, including a follow up call to see how I was doing!

I am thrilled with the results of the chemical peel, and additionally have cleared out all of old facial products, because the Image skincare products that Kim offers do exactly what she says – they work!!  I have tried so many skincare lines in the past, and honestly have seen the changes with this product instantly.  My skin feels softer; my pores are not as noticeable.  This is truly the best skincare product I have ever used-thanks Kim!!

I recently went to Avie! MedSpa here in Leesburg after seeing their ad in IAM and receiving a discount coupon. It's close to my home, and Kim was highly recommended. I was nervous, as I'd had a previous experience with laser treatment that left me with permanent scars and memory of intense pain. So I wasn't certain if I simply had a low threshold for pain or was simply in the wrong hands. I decided it had to be the latter, as I have given birth to three children without drugs and survived kidney stones and an ovarian cyst.

Kim was not only patient and thorough, she was caring, professional, and put me at ease. The treatment was more than tolerable, and she called me at home that evening to check on me! Who does that these days? She booked two follow-up appts. for me, and was equally as caring and giving of her time and expertise. In short, she is amazing.

I went in for my first visit to Avie this week and I am thrilled with my entire experience.  The office is beautiful and the staff couldn't have been nicer.  I had a skincare consultation with Adan who was very helpful in recommending some treatments and products for my skin.  I also had some Botox and Restylane by the nurse and owner Kim and she was absolutely fantastic!  I am so happy with how the visit went and would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family.

From the moment you enter the doors of Kim's new MedSpa, you are enticed with all your senses. The beautiful decor is trendy and soft with hues of blues and browns. There is modern artwork and glitzy lighting. The fresh smells of the skincare lines used on their clients permeates the room. The rooms are dim and inviting with some of the most comfortable and plush treatment beds. What sets it apart from all the rest though, is the attention you get and the knowledge that comes with having a person really KNOW what is best for your skin. Kim is genuinely interested in making you look the best you can - all in a supervised and safe way with a medical background of over 20 years. I walked out of there really feeling great about myself and eager to return. I would recommend her over and over...and I HAVE!

This is one great medspa, tucked away in the newer area of Leesburg. Aidan gave good advice on treatments, such as nutritional supplements to consider. That was impressive, considering that Avie! doesn't sell those supplements - so his advice wasn't self serving.

I recommend that you sign up for their email list of specials. Their prices are awesome, and their services are worth every penny. The surroundings are luxurious. I had the fraxel treatment and the procedure was performed quite professionally (I've had them done elsewhere) and the followup phone call was a nice, friendly touch. The staff here made me feel that they really cared about me and my outcome - and that combo of professional, top grade treatments, warm feelings and great customer service is a rare combo in No. Va. Go before they get discovered by everyone else.

I had been unhappy with my body shape for many years. Over the past few years I basically gave up on being able to do anything about my mid abdominal "tire". Many times I looked in the mirror and tried to accept that it was the body of a woman who's had 5 kids. My main concern was being unable to meet the needs of my family if I chose to have traditional lipo. But when I found out about ProLipo and the relative convenience and limited down time, I was sold!

I met with Dr. Vasquez at Avie at an open house and I was able to ask questions regarding the procedure. I did have a little anxiety leading up to the actual procedure, but Dr. Vasquez and Kim Marinetto explained each step before and even during the procedure. I was able to undergo the procedure with very little medication which made me very happy.

I am writing this testimonial 2 days following my procedure. I was able to return to work immediately and the after school craziness a family of 7 can have. I will miss out on a couple of weeks of Tae Kwon Do and dance classes, but my new silouette will be a beautiful trade off!

I have always been very hippy. Over the years no matter how much I run and work out the saddle bags and the “butt- below the butt” always seems to be there. I never thought I would have lipo, and would simply live with it. Then I heard about laser lipo and it seemed to be a great alternative to traditional lipo and the trauma I’ve seen inflicted on Dr. 90120! I met with Dr. Vasquez at Avie and immediately felt comfortable in her care. The procedure was amazingly easy, the nurse and owner Kim was wonderful, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and the recovery was so quick I couldn’t believe it. I took the following day off of work to rest but aside from soreness was not in any pain and returned to work the day after that. Within 3 weeks I am into my skinny-skinny jeans,( you know the ones you buy thinking they’ll stretch or you’ll lose weight, ha!) and have a completely different body in my hip area. I am so glad I decided to go ahead with this procedure and would do it again knowing how easy and quick the recovery was!
